the pool met expectations, especially the heated aspect. it was nice to use it even when the weather wasn't great.
The room i received was not great. I had to carry my luggage. children were running in the hallways late into the night, and the staff did not seem too concerned about it (i was disappointed).

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station. Friendly staff offer good service. I liked the rooftop pool and hot tubs..
It was difficult to get around with luggage. Carpets everywhere needed replacement. There were also steps with black duct tape.
